Product details

DESCRIPTION:Modified asphalt refers to the coal tar or ordinary coal tar after deep processing of asphalt

Processing technology: The modified asphalt produced by thermal polymerization is made of medium-temperature asphalt, which is continuously pumped into the reaction kettle with stirring. After heating reaction, small molecule gases are precipitated out, and the kettle liquid is electrode asphalt.

The modified bitumen produced by the comprehensive process of heavy residual oil refining can produce modified bitumen of any grade with a softening point of about 80℃ and a resin of more than 23%, with a yield 10% higher than that of the thermal polymerization method.

SPECIFICATION

Modified Coal Tar Pitch is black brittle solid at a normal temperature, glossy;

COAL TAR PITCH PRODUCTION

Coal tar pitch is a black, viscous residue that remains after the distillation of coal tar. This process occurs at our plants and involves heating coal tar (the raw material used to produce coal tar pitch) in a still. As the temperature in the still increases, various constituents (or distillates) are removed from the coal tar and sold to customers for use in the manufacture of industrial and consumer products.
